Photo Description: We Purchased Isobar from R Marine South Australia with just 25hrs use. She was shipped to Tauranga in the North Island of New Zealand. After unloading we waited for a great weather window and began the 550 nautical mile trip south down the east coast of the North Island to our home waters of Tasman Bay at the top of the South Island. The first day was an 12 hr run to the port of Napier with a fuel up and overnight. Another early start the following day and we continued south and crossed Cook Strait and into the South Island. After another 12 hr day we had arrived home! Isobar performed superbly and doubled the running hrs. We are looking forward to a great summer of boating in the Abel Tasman and Marlborough sounds region!
