Riviera opens new Experience Centre to provide high quality owner care

Riviera Experience Centre  

COOMERA, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA – We are delighted to announce the recent opening of our new Experience Centre at our facility in south-east Queensland and another major initiative as we strive to deliver the highest quality owner care.

Under the leadership of Owner and Dealer Care Director Chris Attard, Riviera now provides a single source for all owner requirements.

“Riviera has a significant commitment to customer care through our Experience Centre team,” said Chris. “We offer consultation services, genuine parts, electronics, aftermarket services, warranty and the premium Riviera lifestyle collection of clothing and accessories through one point of contact.

“Whether our owners want to discuss electronics systems and interior decor for their new motor yacht in build or need a new hatch lock for their classic Riviera, glassware for the galley or want to discuss an electronics upgrade, one visit, phone call or email will produce a comprehensive response.”

The 170 square metre Experience Centre reflects its name with a comprehensive range of Riviera and Belize monogrammed products, from clothing and galley accessories to soft furnishings. The space includes a detailed interactive electronics systems display and a Volvo Penta Inboard Propulsion System (IPS ) pod drive unit.

There is even a Volvo Penta helm simulator, complete with wheel, twin engine controls and an Inboard Propulsion System joystick to provide owners with a virtual experience of driving a motor yacht using the joystick system for slow-speed manoeuvring.

A meeting and consultation area, which in fact is the saloon of a Riviera 72 Sports Motor Yacht, provides a unique and comfortable space to discuss and inspect soft furnishings, fabrics and flooring.

“Owners will be able to see and experience all available flooring options, walk on them and see how they would present on board their motor yacht before making any selections,” said Chris.

“We have a complete sample set of our new Sunbrella fabrics available for owners to view and touch and even test the incredible stain resistance of this high-tech and high quality range of exterior and interior fabrics.”
