Riviera recognises special occasions

Riviera celebrates November birthdays with our talented team.

The exceptional efforts of our entire 500-strong team here at our world-class facility on Australia’s Gold Coast are driving the success of Riviera on an international scale.

Each month, we host Team Member Birthday celebrations to recognise and reward the commitment to excellence of individuals, and also update the team on their overall achievements.

The groups pictured here gathered for two separate lunches to celebrate their November and December birthdays and to hear about the latest Riviera news from Australia and around the world from CEO Wes Moxey.

Riviera team members born in December were special guests at our monthly celebrations.

Mr Moxey outlined a positive year for the company, with a solid forward order bank across our entire luxury motor yacht range and impressive results from our ongoing quality control initiatives.

Some of the feedback from team members included:

“It’s great to be updated by senior management on the way the company and the team is performing not just here in Australia, but internationally as well.”

Habakuk Ferger

“I’ve been here six months and I’m really enjoying the culture and friendliness of staff.”

Naomi Payne
Corporate Receptionist

“It’s fantastic to see the reinvigoration of Riviera’s positive culture since Rodney purchased the company and Wes returned as CEO. ”

Kriska Havezlak
Forklift Operator

“I’ve been with Riviera for 22 years and the vibe here today is the best I’ve seen it.”

Tony Martiesen

“My favourite thing about Riviera today is the people who work here and it’s fantastic that we continue to find the best boat-builders in the business and recruit them to the team.”

Ken Parsons

“I’ve been part of the team for just over a year and I really like seeing the finished product on the water and knowing our family of owners appreciates our efforts.”

Jackson Covell
