HONG KONG – When Hong Kong businessman Mr Lee took delivery of his Riviera 45 Open Flybridge recently, his two grandsons were delighted.

This is the owner’s third Riviera – all of them flybridge motor yachts. His first, a Riviera 42, was delivered in 2001. The decision to move to the new Riviera 45 was “more space for the grandsons”.

Don Chow, CEO of Riviera representative China Pacific Marine, said: “Our client is a keen fisherman and so are his grandsons.

“Mr Lee will utilise his new Riviera 45 to take the family fishing over the many reefs near Hong Kong as well as occasional ventures further away to the oil rigs where big fish can be found.

“Many times, they will take the Riviera out in the morning for fishing and then enjoy a lunch of seafood on one of the many islands.”

The family also enjoys cruising around Hong Kong’s waterways, dropping anchor off one of the many beaches and enjoying a range of water sports.

Mr Chow said that the China Pacific Marine had serviced Mr Lee’s Rivieras from the time he took delivery of the 42.

“Customer service is the total focus for our team,” he said.

China Pacific Marine has operated in Hong Kong since 1992.

“Our clients seek a motor yacht for family cruising and entertaining as well as sport fishing,” he said. “That is why we are proud to represent Riviera. The four collections – Flybridge, Sport Yachts, SUVs and Sports Motor Yachts – have great appeal to our boating enthusiasts,, particularly in the range between 43 and 52 feet in length.”
